The blockage unit comprises a first blockage part and a second blockage part, both of which are fixedly arranged in the insert section in the manner of facing the exposed section from the insert section. The first blockage part and the second blockage part are both truncated cones with elasticity. The external diameter of a large-diameter end surface of the second blockage part is larger than that of a large-diameter end surface of the first blockage part.Therefore, when a broken hole is arranged in a liquid storage barrel, the broken hole can be blocked by either of the first blockage part and the second blockage part so that leakage-blocking effect can be better exerted in order to cope with emergencies; and the risk of danger is decreased.
