Embodiment Construction

[0012] specific implementation plan

[0013] A method for accurately measuring stray losses of transformer structural parts, the steps are as follows:

[0014] 1) Measure the loss value P1 when the transformer model loads the transformer structural parts;

[0015] 2) Use the simulation software to establish an accurate model of the transformer load, perform simulation calculations, and obtain the coil loss calculation value P2;

[0016] 3) Subtract the calculated coil loss value P2 in step 2) from the measured load loss value P1 in step 1) to obtain the loss value P of the copper plate.

[0017] The above method is used to verify the situation when the transformer structural parts are copper plates.

[0018] The specific method is as follows:

[0019] 1) According to figure 1 As shown in the circuit diagram, use the TEAMP21 benchmark model to establish a transformer model, and measure the loss value P1 when the transformer model loads a copper plate;

[0020] 2) Use the s...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for precisely measuring stray loss of structural components of transformers. The stray loss is measured and is calculated in a simulation manner by the aid of TEAM P21 reference models instead of the actual power transformers. The method particular includes subtracting coil loss values in load calculated values from load measured values to obtain loss values of the structural components (copper plates). The method has the advantages that the problem of excessively high deviation between loss values of copper plates and actual values due to the fact that no-load loss is subtracted from load loss of models during experimental measurement at present to obtain the loss values of the copper plates can be solved; error values can be effectively reduced by the aid of the method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of measurement of transformer structural parts, in particular to a method for measuring stray loss of transformer structural parts. Background technique [0002] The traditional method of measuring the loss of transformer structural parts uses the load measurement loss value minus the no-load measurement loss value to obtain the stray loss value of the structural part. However, there is a problem in reality that if the tested structural part is removed from the test device, the leakage magnetic field of the coil will change respectively, thus resulting in a change of the eddy current loss in the coil. The traditional measurement method ignores the influence of the change of the magnetic field distribution on the coil loss value after the introduction of the structural part, resulting in a large error in the loss measurement value of the final structural part. Contents of the invention [0003] The inventi...
