The system comprises the components of an unmanned aerial vehicle terminal which comprises a video acquisition unit, a video transmission unit, an audio acquisition unit and an audio transmission unit; and a video control terminal which comprises a video storage unit, a video display unit, an audio storage unit, an audio playing unit and an audio / video synchronization unit. The video / audio storage unit is provided with a plurality of video / audio storage modules for successively storing videos / audios. When the used space of the current video / audio storage module is larger than a preset spatial value, the video / audio is stored into a next video / audio storage module. Furthermore when the next video / audio storage module is the first video / audio storage module, the preset spatial value is doubled automatically.
