Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: detecting a state of a first terminal; and communicating with a server through a virtual subscriber identity module in response to determination that the state indicates loss of the first terminal in order that the server acquires information of the first terminal. Through adoption of the technical scheme, acquisition of the information on the lost first terminal is independent of an entity subscriber identity module, and the information can be acquired through the virtual subscriber identity module, so that important information on a stolen terminal is prevented from being lost, and the probability of get-back of the stolen terminal is increased.
