The process has the beneficial effects that the skin-nourishing stock solution is prepared by adopting a purely physical method; liquid and solid phases are separated by adopting a technique of cold-grinding under the freezing point through ultra-fine grinding wall-breaking and multiple times of oscillating centrifugation; and molecular screening is carried out by utilizing an ultra-filtration system (membrane filter system), and ginseng is ground into small molecules to facilitate skin absorption. According to the process, preservative or bacteriostatic agent is not added in the extracting process, so that 'zero addition and pure green' are really achieved.
