The surface active agent is sodium perfluorooctanoate, the suds booster is N,N-dimethyldodecylamine-N-oxide, the inorganic builder is sodium tripolyphosphate, and the complexing agent is hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride. The rapid-cleaning water-based cleaning agent comprises, by weight, 8-13 parts of the sodium perfluorooctanoate, 11-16 parts of the N,N-dimethyldodecylamine-N-oxide, 14-17 parts of the sodium tripolyphosphate, 19-23 parts of the hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride and 30-35 parts of the water. The rapid-cleaning water-based cleaning agent is composed of the surface active agent, the suds booster, the inorganic builder, the complexing agent and the water, so that the cleaning agent has the characteristics of being high in cleaning efficiency, wide in cleaning range, low in cost, good in safety and good in using effect.
