The invention discloses an image definition judgment method, device and system. The method comprises following steps of calculating a first weight image of a to-be-judged image in a time domain; calculating a second weight image of the to-be-judged image in a frequency domain; and calculating the definition weight image of the to-be-judged image according to the first weight image and the second weight image, thus judging the definition of the to-be-judged image. According to the method, the device and the system provided by the invention, the definition of the image is described in combination of the time domain information and the frequency domain information of the image, thus judging the definition of the image; and further the quality of the image is evaluated.
