Abstract

The invention provides a method for analyzing wind farm-provided primary frequency modulation reserve capacity required for a power system. The method is characterized by comprising the steps as follows: in order to conveniently analyze the frequency response characteristics of the power system containing a wind power, basic parameters of the wind power penetration rate are defined; inertia time constants and regulation coefficients of the power system at different wind power penetration rates are set on the basis of the basic frequency modulation principle of the power system, so that the frequency response characteristics of the power system at different wind power penetration rates analyzed in a simulating manner; a wind farm-provided primary frequency modulation reserve dispatching interval required for the power system is determined according to the relationships between loads and a limit value of the wind power penetration rate at various dispatching intervals; and the wind farm-provided primary frequency modulation reserve capacity required for the power system is determined in the simulating manner through continuously adjusting the primary reserve capacity of a wind farm. The method can adapt to change of the load and the power of the wind power in the power system along with change of the time, improves the wind power penetration rates of the power system at different moments and has the advantages of being scientific, reasonable, good in application effect and the like.
