Abstract

The gastric banding and gastrointestinal electrical stimulation combined device comprises a gastric banding assembly and a gastrointestinal electrical stimulation assembly, the gastric banding assembly comprises a gastric band, a water injection catheter and a water injector, the gastric band is connected with the water injector through a water injection catheter, the gastrointestinal electrical stimulation assembly comprises gastrointestinal sensors, stimulating electrodes and a stimulator, and the gastrointestinal sensors and the stimulating electrodes are connected with the stimulator respectively. The gastric band is wound on the upper portion of the stomach, and the placed gastric band is connected to the water injection catheter and the water injector; after the gastric band is placed on a peritoneoscope, the three pairs of gastrointestinal sensors are placed in the greater curvature, the lesser curvature and the duodenum respectively, and the two pairs of bipolar electrodes are embedded to the lesser curvature and the duodenal bulb respectively.
