Abstract

The invention relates to a self-made detachable trolley for transporting and placing gas cylinders in a construction site and a making method thereof. A frame of the self-made detachable trolley is a right triangle-shaped frame which is formed by vertically connecting a horizontal U-shaped chassis and a vertical U-shaped support; a pair of parallel bracing girders is connected between the two side ends of the horizontal U-shaped chassis and the vertical U-shaped support; the bottoms of the two bracing girders are provided with circular arc supporting strips; the lower ends of the bracing girders are vertically provided with steel supporting plates; arc-surface shielding plates are mounted on the two bracing girders; the bottom end of the vertical U-shaped support is provided with a rear wheel; and the bottoms of the two bracing girders are provided with front wheels. The invention is advantaged in that the self-made detachable trolley has simple structure; mixed placement phenomenon is effectively avoided because one gas cylinder is transported by one trolley; as the lengths of the bracing girders are adjustable, the self-made detachable trolley is suitable for various gas cylinder dimensions or heights of trolley pushing people; the self-made detachable trolley is used as a transporting tool and can be also used as a placing tool for vertically and fixedly placing the gas cylinder after the gas cylinder is transported to the construction site; therefore, the self-made detachable trolley has multiple functions; and as the self-made detachable trolley can be fully made of leftover materials and members are connected with each other in an assembled way, the self-made detachable trolley is convenient to mount and detach, low in cost and recyclable.
