Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting seeds, (2) inducing spawning: injecting spawning induction liquid after male and female loaches are placed into a hatching barrel for 24 hours, (3) inseminating: squeezing eggs of the female loach and taking out a testis of the male loach after the spawning induction liquid is injected for 13 to 15 hours, adding gluecose solution to a testis mucous membrane and grinding for one minute, removing residual seminal vesicle, absorbing the seminal fluid into an injection tube, placing the female loach eggs to an egg container and injecting the seminal fluid, and pouring the germ cells to aerated mineral water and continuously stirring for two minutes, (4) hatching, and (5) spreading seedlings: 3 to 5 days later and during the temperature transition time of the morning and the night, converting the loach seedlings in a hatching pool to a seedling-spreading pool until the loaches seedlings grow 3 to 5cm. High loach fertility rate and high survival rate can be achieved by the use of the method.
