Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows us to create an improved way of making knitting materials that have varying loops without having to lift up heavy weights or adjust machinery settings during assembly. By changing the number of threads per unit area at certain points along its length, it becomes possible to make stronger yarns while reducing costs compared to traditional methods like woven clothings. Additionally, this new technique makes producing these types of material more efficient than current techniques due to less complex processes involved. Overall, this innovation improves efficiency and productivity in managing knitwears' quality control over time.

Problems solved by technology

This patented problem addressed by this patents relates to improving the quality and consistency of woven garments used during yarn making processes such as knitting and crocheting without sacrificing productivity or reducing costs due to frequent modifications made at different points along its length.

Embodiment 1

[0056] Example 1 (When the fixed full-through machine does not change)

[0057] Fixed warp density on the machine: 110 strands / cm;

[0058] Weft shrinkage=4%;

[0059] Number of stitches of a pattern (n) = 1200 (needles);

[0060] In the organization, the first 600 stitches are 5 weft satin, and the last 600 stitches are 5 warp satin;

[0061] Then the maximum size of the single loop return on the machine can only be: (1200 / 110 / cm) / (1+0.04)=10.5cm.

Embodiment 2

[0062] Example 2 (The heald is used to pass through one hole at one time)

[0063] Warp density on the machine: 55 threads / cm;

[0064] Weft shrinkage=4%;

[0065] Number of stitches of a pattern (n)=1200 (needles);

[0066] The first 600 stitches are 5 weft satin and the last 600 stitches are 5 warp satin. The first 600 stitches of weft satin are moved to the odd stitches, and the last 600 stitches are moved to the even stitches. The thread is threaded on the odd-numbered needle, and the even-numbered heald thread on the machine is threaded on the even-numbered needle;

[0067] Then the maximum size of the single loop return on the machine is: (1200 roots / 55 roots / cm) / (1+0.04)=21 cm.

Embodiment 3

[0068] Embodiment 3 (the heald wire adopts positioning through)

[0069] Weft shrinkage=4%

[0070] Number of stitches for a pattern (n) = 1200 (needles), 6 times on the machine;

[0071] The total width of the healds fully worn is: (1200 / 110 / cm) X13 / (1+0.04)=136.5 cm; the maximum return position can only be (1200 / 110 / cm) / (1+0.04) =10.5 cm.

[0072] Now the warp density on the machine is changed to: 55 threads / cm;

[0073] The organization chooses the first 600 stitches and the rear 600 stitches to be 5 weft satin, the middle 6600 stitch is 5 warp satin, the first 600 stitches of the weft satin weave are moved to the odd-numbered stitches, and the last 600 stitches are moved to the even-numbered stitches. The 1st and 13th healds on the machine are put on the even-numbered needles, and the second to 12th healds on the machine are put on the even-numbered needles;

[0074] Then the maximum size of the single loop return on the machine becomes 136.5 cm. The effect is a large return patt...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing variable loop fabric by using a fixed jacquard mounting process. The method comprises the following process steps of firstly, designing process specifications; secondly designing patterns; thirdly, laying an organization structure; fourthly, generating a pattern board. The method disclosed by the invention is characterized in that on the basis of original fixed mounting warp density, different warp densities of mounting can be regularly changed by using different needle positions of a faucet; variable changing texture effects are realized by proportioning the fineness of warp yarns and selecting different organization configurations. By adopting the method, a harness threading procedure is omitted, and a warp yarn and harness wire selective threading method and an electronic pattern card generation mode are adopted, so that the patterns can be directly subjected to jacquard design at specific positions in a machine width, circular expansion is realized, and the complex mounting phenomena of constant change of machine boards, harness wire lifting, wood board arrangement and the like according to the size requirement of pattern design are avoided.
