The method comprises the following steps: S1, monitoring and obtaining a receiving frequency of a frequency point used by a currently received signal of the mobile terminal; S2, judging whether the frequency point used by the received signal of the mobile terminal is a multiplied-frequency point of a clock frequency currently used by a storage of the mobile terminal or not, and returning to the step S1 if the frequency point used by the received signal is not the multiplied-frequency point of the clock frequency currently used; and S3, selecting one preset clock frequency as the current clock frequency of the storage, and then, returning to the step S1.
