The ice-making device comprises an ice-making box and semiconductor chilling plates with first temperature varying surfaces and second temperature varying surfaces, wherein the semiconductor chilling plates are configured to be controlled to provide cold through the first temperature varying surfaces for ice making in the ice-making process, and the refrigerant circulation type refrigerating system is configured to be controlled to provide cold to the second temperature varying surfaces to cool the second temperature varying surfaces in the ice-making process. According to the refrigerator, due to the fact that in the ice-making process, the cold ends of the semiconductor chilling plates are used for providing ice-making cold for the ice-making box, and meanwhile the refrigerant circulation type refrigerating system is used for cooling the heat ends of the semiconductor chilling plates, the cold ends of the semiconductor chilling plates can reach lower temperature, and therefore fast ice making is achieved.
