Abstract

The invention discloses a device for reducing activated sludge production. The device comprises an aeration tank, a first precipitator, a cycle path, a solubilizing treatment device and a first return route. The aeration tank can carry out aerobic biological treatment on organic waste water. The first precipitator is connected to the aeration tank and is used for dividing sewage into purified water and sludge. The cycle path is connected to a sludge outlet of the first precipitator and an inlet of the aeration tank, is arranged between the sludge outlet of the first precipitator and the inlet of the aeration tank and is used for returning a part of the sludge in the first precipitator to the aeration tank. The solubilizing treatment device is connected to the first precipitator and is used for solubilizing the rest of the sludge. The first return route is connected to the solubilizing treatment device and the inlet of the aeration tank, is arranged between the solubilizing treatment device and the inlet of the aeration tank and is used for returning the solution subjected to solubilizing to the aeration tank. Through the heating solubilising treatment device, residual sludge solubility is improved and residual sludge production is effectively reduced.
