The electric-triggered airbag device for the ship quickly inflates the airbag in a priming powder deflagration or explosion manner, and can supply a large buoyancy for the side plate of the ship body in sinking, thereby effectively preventing turnover or sinking of the ship. According to the starting method for the airbag device provided by the invention, an action condition of the electric triggering fuse and the electric triggering device are set; the fuse acts before the electric triggering device.
