The composite wheat seed soaking agent mainly comprises uniconazole, bachmedesh and diphenylurea. The invention further discloses the preparation method, the usage method and the application of the composite wheat seed soaking agent. The uniconazole, the bachmedesh and the diphenylurea are subjected to ternary compounding, then a compound is diluted with a corn pollen liquid and used for processing wheat seeds, so that the negative effects caused by usage of single component can be eliminated more effectively, the obvious synergistic interaction function is realized through compatibility of four components, germinated seedlings are short and strong, root systems are developed, the lodging resistance is enhanced, and stress resistance such as insect resistance, drought resistance, salt tolerance and the like is remarkably improved. With the adoption of the composite wheat seed soaking agent for processing the wheat seeds, the wheat planting range can be broadened, and effects of production increase, yield stabilization and the like are realized.
