The base plate 1 is in fixed connection with a two-dimensional bidirectional driving mechanism through positioning blocks 5; the two-dimensional bidirectional driving mechanism comprises an external one-dimensional bidirectional driving unit and an internal one-dimensional bidirectional driving unit, wherein the external one-dimensional bidirectional driving unit is fixed to the base plate 1 through the positioning blocks, and the internal one-dimensional bidirectional driving unit is fixed to the external one-dimensional bidirectional driving unit through connecting pieces; the internal one-dimensional bidirectional driving unit is connected to the lens frame 7; the external one-dimensional bidirectional driving unit and the internal one-dimensional bidirectional driving unit respectively generate acting force in mutually perpendicular directions, allowing the lens frame 7 to move along two dimensions.
