Abstract

The present invention discloses a supermarket farm-product information push service system based on user data. The system comprises a data terminal, a data processing module, a server and an information push unit. The data terminal comprises a POS machine, a mobile phone and a personal computer for data collection. The data processing unit stores, in a user database, user consumption data uploaded from the POS machine and a user profile and push preference information uploaded from the mobile phone and the personal computer, and processes the user consumption data by using a data matching algorithm to produce a matching result. To-be-pushed information is obtained from a matching result storage module by using the sever, and the information is pushed to an SMS gateway, a mail server and a wireless communication base station separately via the Internet, so as to push the information to a mobile phone, a mail box and a smart phone client of the user separately. The system provided by the present invention performs customized pushing of the farm-product safety information that customers are concerned about by using a push technology to ensure that the consumers can learn food quality and safety information in a timely manner and restore consumer confidence.
