Abstract

The invention relates to the field of variable-frequency magnetic suspension air conditioners, in particular to a control method for normal operation of a variable-frequency magnetic suspension centrifugal type central air-conditioning unit, and the control method mainly can guarantee the unit to smoothly start and operate. The control method comprises the following steps: (1) setting a warning compression ratio, a refrigerant cooling cycle minimum compression ratio, a compressor discharge pressure pre-warning value and a compressor suction pressure pre-warning value by a computer controller; (2) judging the compression ratio of the compressor; and starting the compressor when a ratio of the discharge pressure to the suction pressure is smaller than the warning compression ratio; (3) after starting the compressor, increasing workload to the compressor by the computer controller, thereby speeding up the compressor; (4) judging discharge pressure and suction pressure of the compressor; and (5) after the opening degree of an electronic expanding valve is stable, continuously judging whether temperature of a cooling frequency converter and a motor of the compressor at this moment are stable or not; and directly entering the normal operation of the compressor until work is ended when the temperature is stable.
