Abstract

The transmission steel rope (5) bypasses pulleys (3, 4) to be connected with a rope-winding drum (8). A motor (6) and the rope-winding drum (8) are fixed onto a motor support (7). The lifting guide rail (1) is arranged on the motor support (7) which is connected with a vehicle door. By adoption of the above technical scheme, the steel-rope glass lifter for the vehicle door has following beneficial effects: consumption of raw material is decreased so that cost is reduced by 28. 1% and weight is decreased by 19.4% without any interference upon usability; due to decrease in parts, incidence rate of fault modes is reduced; and by reducing abrasion of the transmission steel rope, service lifetime is prolonged and reliability of a product is improved.
