Problems solved by technology

In addition, the temporary cardiac pacing VVI technology usually takes a long time for clinical treatment, up to more than 10 days, and the temporarily fixed pacing electrodes are mostly in a semi-suspended state in the ventricular cavity, which often leads to the occurrence of pacing electrodes in the cardiac cavity. Displacement, causing sensory failure, false perception and missed perception often occur, seriously affecting the therapeutic effect of temporary cardiac pacing

Embodiment Construction

[0014] Below through the specific implementation in combination with the attached Figure 1 to Figure 3 For further details.

[0015] The invention discloses an optional technology for an invasive temporary cardiac on-demand pacing sensing source.

[0016] In one embodiment, the temporary cardiac pacing module is integrated into the multi-parameter monitor through a communication module in a plug-in manner, figure 1 It is the overall structure diagram of the integrated product. The communication module adopts the serial communication interface of UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver / Transmitter) working mode.

[0017] In one embodiment, the multiparameter monitor displays intracardiac electrogram, pacing status ( figure 2 upper left area) and conventional ECG monitoring data ( figure 2 lower area). The multi-parameter monitor provides a pacing parameter setting interface to control the work of the pacing module (see figure 2 upper right corner), the pacing parameters...

Abstract

The invention discloses an alternative technology of an invasive temporary cardiac on-demand pacing sensing source. An own developed temporary cardiac on-demand pacing device and a monitor are connected and combined, and a combined pacing monitoring integrated instrument provides more reliable pacing sensing technology. A pacemaker collects an electrocardio signal in a heart through a pacing electrode, the signal is transmitted to the monitor by a communication module, cannula medical personnel observe an electrocardiogram in the heart through the monitor and accurately judge the position of the electrode through the combination of a synchronized intracardiac electrocardiogram. After the pacing electrode is guided to a suitable position, the pacemaker carries out temporary on-demand pacing on a heart chamber. For the problem that a pacing position is difficult to fix in the clinical temporary cardiac pacing VVI technology, the understanding of a pacing state by the medical personnel can be greatly improved through the integrated pacing and monitoring. In addition, for the problem that a clinical temporary cardiac on-demand pacing sensing source is not reliable and is difficult to process, the invention provides body surface electrocardio R wave from the monitor to be a stable heart chamber packing sensing source.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical electronic instruments, and more specifically relates to an optional technology for an invasive temporary cardiac on-demand pacing sensing source. Background technique [0002] Invasive temporary cardiac on-demand pacing technology is one of the most important clinical treatments at present. The traditional invasive temporary cardiac on-demand pacemaker is placed in the patient's heart cavity through a pacing catheter connected to the pacemaker, and the pacing electrode (bipolar) collects intracardiac electrical signals while emitting pacing pulses. And input the electrical signal in the heart chamber to the ECG preamplifier, and then pass through a series of signal processing circuits to form a TTL level to control the temporary cardiac pacemaker to issue pacing pulses. When the pulse generator does not sense the TTL level, the pacemaker delivers pacing pulses according to the doctor's parameter settings;...
