Embodiment

[0028] Embodiment: a load dispatching method for optimizing the electricity charge of a green data center, comprising the following steps:

[0029] (1) Establish an electricity cost model for data centers with wind power plants on site;

[0030] (2) Based on the electricity fee model, the system model related to the electricity fee minimization problem is obtained, the constraint conditions of the electricity fee minimization problem are obtained from the system model, and the electricity fee minimization problem is transformed into the minimum value problem of the average electricity fee based on the constraint conditions;

[0031] The system model includes a wind power generation model, a data center electricity charge model, a load power consumption model and an average electricity charge optimization model.

[0032] (a) The wind power generation model can use the actual wind speed to model the output power of the wind turbine, and the output power of the wind turbine P wi...

Abstract

The invention relates to a load scheduling method used for optimizing the green data center electric charge. The method includes the steps of: (1) building an electric charge model for a data center having a green energy power plant locally; (2) based on the electric charge model, obtaining a system model related with an electric charge minimization problem, obtaining constraint conditions of the electric charge minimization problem through the system model, and converting the electric charge minimization problem to a problem of a minimum value of average electric charge based on the constraint conditions; and (3) using a load balancing algorithm to solve the problem of the minimum value of average electric charge to obtain a load scheduling policy. On the premise of guaranteeing load performance, the method provided by the invention can effectively reduce electric power cost of the data center.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of green data centers, in particular to a load scheduling method for optimizing electricity charges of green data centers. Background technique [0002] In order to provide high-quality network services to users all over the world, large Internet companies such as Google and Microsoft have multiple data centers distributed around the world. Data centers already consume 1.3 percent of the world's electricity supply due to the need to power and cool huge numbers of servers, and this figure is expected to reach 8 percent by 2020. Huge power consumption has brought serious challenges to the sustainable development of data centers: a large amount of power consumption means huge electricity bills. In order to cope with the challenges brought by power consumption to the development of data centers, Internet companies such as Apple have begun to build their own on-site green energy power plants near data centers.
