Problems solved by technology

The traditional brick-type transceiver components generally use a complete metal box as the package to meet the requirements of airtightness and shielding, and its weight is restricted by the weight of the box body, especially the base; and its interface uses high-frequency and low-frequency connections Connectors need to be connected with cable assemblies or adapters to interconnect with antennas and feeder boards, requiring additional weight and space
Therefore, the traditional form of transceiver components can no longer meet the application requirements of radar loads in these occasions

Embodiment Construction

[0024] Below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, a device for a leaded surface mount radar transceiver assembly of the present invention will be further described:

[0025] like figure 1 , figure 2 and image 3 As shown, in this specific embodiment, a device for a surface mount radar transceiver assembly with leads of the present invention includes an integrated box body and a cover plate 1, and the integrated box body includes a ring frame 2, a substrate 4 and thirty The lead 3 is used as the interface for power supply, control signal, RF input and RF output. The radar transceiver circuit 5 is installed on the front of the substrate 4. Thirty rectangular cavities 6 are opened on the back of the substrate 4. The dimensions of the rectangular cavities 6 are 1.5mm, 2.8mm long and 0.39mm deep. like figure 2 and image 3 As shown in the figure, the cover plate 1 adopts a honeycomb structure. The honeycomb structure here means that the bot...

Abstract

A device with a lead wire surface mounting radar transmitting-receiving assembly comprises an integrated box body and a cover plate, the integrated box body comprises a ring frame, a substrate and a plurality of lead wires used as power supply, control signal, radio frequency input and radio frequency output interfaces. The cover plate is welded with the top of the ring frame, the bottom of the ring frame is welded at the periphery of the right side of the substrate, and the backside of the substrate is equipped with a rectangular cavity. The lead wires are welded at the rectangular cavity on the backside of the substrate, and are in paired arrangement at the two sides of the substrate. A radar transmitting-receiving circuit is arranged on the right side of the substrate, and the lead wires are electrically connected with the radar transmitting-receiving via metal holes. According to the present invention, by utilizing the substrate, namely a package technology, the substrate used for device loading and circuit wiring is used as a part of the package directly, thereby saving a pedestal of an assembly box body. By an interface technology having no connector and a cascadable feed technology, the transmitting-receiving assembly can be surface mounted and can be in cascade use, so that the transmitting-receiving assembly is miniature and light, and the profile height and the mass surface density of an active antenna panel can be reduced effectively.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of radar, in particular to a device for a leaded surface-mounted radar transceiver assembly with the characteristics of small size, light weight, surface-mounting type and cascading. Background technique: [0002] With the gradual development of radar loads on platforms such as balloons, airships, and space-based platforms, the antenna aperture is getting larger and larger, and the number of active channels is increasing. In particular, the transceiver (T / R) component, the core component with the largest installed capacity in the phased array radar, should be as lightweight and miniaturized as possible. The traditional brick-type transceiver components generally use a complete metal box as the packaging shell to meet the requirements of air tightness and shielding, and its weight is restricted by the weight of the box body, especially the base; and its interface adopts high-frequency and low-frequency conne...
