Embodiment Construction

[0018] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0019] see figure 1 , a lamp testing tool 100 provided in an embodiment of the present invention is used for testing the electric shock protection performance of a lamp housing, and the lamp testing tool 100 includes a probe 10 , a fixing seat 20 and an elastic member 30 . The probe 10 is slidably disposed on the fixing base 20 , and the elastic member 30 is compressed between the fixing base 20 and the probe 10 . The fixing seat 20 may be in the shape of a sphere, a column or a rectangular plate, and in this embodiment, the fixing seat 20 is in the shape of a rectangular block.

[0020] The fixing seat 20 includes a first end surface 21 , a second end surface 22 and a peripheral surface 23 located between the first end surface 21 and the second end surface 22 . The peripher...

Abstract

The invention discloses a lamp detection tool used for detecting shock protective performance of a lamp shell. The lamp detection tool comprises a probe, a holder and an elastic member. The holder is provided with a holding cavity. The inner periphery of the holding cavity is provided with first graduation marks. Second graduation marks are provided between the connecting terminal and a test terminal. When the second graduation marks are flush with the first graduation marks, the test terminal is used for being abutted to the lamp shell and is close to the holder. The elastic member is connected between the probe and the holder and is used for providing restoring force to the test terminal to leave the holder. When the first graduation marks are flush with the second graduation marks, the test terminal is close to the holder; the test terminal detects a gap of the lamp shell; the elastic member provides restoring force to the test terminal to leave the holder; thus, the probe is provided with uniform forces when detecting the gap of the lamp shell, and detecting is accurate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of lamp detection, in particular to a lamp detection tool. Background technique [0002] Due to its high reliability, special lamps can be widely used in many places. When the protection level of the shell is IP4X, the shell of the lamp must prevent the user from working around the lamp, and any objects with a diameter of 1mm cannot penetrate into it. The test method provides a steel needle with a length of about 100mm and a diameter of 1mm, and applies a force of 1N to the steel needle to measure the gap between the shells of the lamp to see whether the steel needle will be inserted into the lamp and come into contact with live parts. If the parts can be inserted, it means that the anti-shock protection of the lamp shell is unqualified. However, there is no such tooling now, so the data tested by the method used in the test is inaccurate, and the reliability of the electric shock protection of the lamp shell cannot ...
