A system comprises an RFID (radio frequency identification) reader-writer, an RFID label, terminal equipment, system software and terminal software. The information is transmitted to a computer terminal via the RFID label and then written into a database server in a local area network by the system software; and historic records can be recorded by the RFID reader-writer.
