The device comprises a matching degree computing module and a to-be-matched translator determining module. The matching degree computing module is used for obtaining the deviation between the data item values of the translators to be matched and the data item value of the standard translator and computing the matching degree of the data item values of the translators to be matched and the data item value of the standard translator in the iteration mode according to the obtained deviation. The to-be-matched translator determining module is used for determining the translator to be matched according to the matching degree computed in the iteration mode. The translator to be matched is determined by the matching degree obtained in the iteration mode by utilization of the deviation between the data item values of the translators to be matched and the data item value of the standard translator, and the wrong extraction ratio of the translators to be matched is reduced.
