Abstract

The invention discloses a production method of an experimental test piece for evaluating the safety performance of a reinforced steel structure. The production method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting an H-shaped steel structure, a carbon fiber plate and anadhesive; (2) selecting monitoring instruments including a grating and optical fiber sensor, a displacement meter and a plurality of resistance strain gauges mainly; (3) bonding the carbon fiber plate on the bottom surface of the H-shaped steel structure by the adhesive, and supporting the lower surface of the H-shaped steel structure by a simple support, arranging a distributing girder for loading pressure on the upper surface of the H-shaped steel structure, and connecting the simple support between the distributing girder and the H-shaped steel structure; and (4) arranging the displacement meter on the top surface of the H-shaped steel structure, bonding the grating and optical fiber sensor on the upper surface and the lower surface of the H-shaped steel structure, and bonding the resistance strain gauges on the top flange, the bottom flange and a web of the H-shaped steel structure respectively.
