The moving assembly comprises a body mounting frame (30), a left front moving wheel assembly (40), a right front moving wheel assembly (50) and a rear wheel assembly (60). The left front moving wheel assembly (40) and the right front moving wheel assembly (50) are movably connected with the body mounting frame (30), and a part of the left front moving wheel assembly (40) and a part of the right front moving wheel assembly (50) can be folded into the body mounting frame (30). The rear wheel assembly (60) is movably connected with the body mounting frame (30), and a part of the rear wheel assembly (60) can be folded into the body mounting frame (30). An energy storing device is arranged in the body mounting frame (30). A power device is arranged in the front moving wheel assemblies, electrically connected with the energy storing device, and used for driving the front moving wheel assemblies to move.
