Said method comprises: receiving a measurement report sent by an access point (AP), wherein said measurement report is carrying the sending strength of the AP which sent the measurement report, as well as the signal reception level and strength of devices in the vicinity of the AP; in accordance with the measurement report, assessing the interference relationship between the AP and the devices in the vicinity of same, and obtaining assessment results; making a scheduling decision in accordance with said assessment results. The technical solution provided in the present invention embodiment is applicable in WLANs and achieves the parallel communication of a plurality of low-interference terminals.
