Problems solved by technology

[0003] The existing technology has the following disadvantages: 1) The service provider needs to analyze or estimate the database access characteristics of the user; 2) The resource scheduling is not flexible, and when the user intensively visits certain nodes at certain moments, a timely response cannot be obtained; 3 ) is not conducive to real-time management, and local target service level settings need to be changed frequently
[0004] Therefore, for the above-mentioned problems existing in related technologies, effective solutions have not yet been proposed

Abstract

The invention provides a method for optimizing a load balance in a cloud platform. The method comprises the following steps: receiving database access requests of a virtual machine by a cloud platform management node, wherein each database access request comprises additional information which is used for being extracted by distributed storage nodes, modeling access features of the virtual machine and distributing appropriate local target service levels; according to the access features, decomposing a global target service level into the local target service levels required by the storage nodes, adding time stamps to the database access requests, and scheduling by a scheduler. According to the database access features of the virtual machine, the utilization ratio of database access resources is improved; reasonable resource distribution for the access requests is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to cloud computing, in particular to an optimization method for load balancing in a cloud platform. Background technique [0002] In cloud computing applications, virtual machines purchased by users are built on hosts provided by cloud service providers, and each host of the service provider can run multiple virtual machines for use by one or more users. In order to facilitate data management and exchange, these hosts usually share a centralized storage resource pool, which brings some new challenges to database access resource scheduling. First of all, although virtualization ensures that each virtual machine assumes that it can obtain independent dedicated resources, in fact, the database access performance of each distributed storage node is limited, and the competition for database access resources between different virtual machines causes each The actual database access performance of the virtual machine is limited. Differe...
