The synchronization method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: 1) acquiring a high-definition image; 2) reading the zoom value and focusing value of the current imaging system; 3) acquiring the field angle of the current imaging system; 4) acquiring the zoom value of a to-be-adjusted imaging system; 5) acquiring the focusing value of the to-be-adjusted imaging system; and 6) performing field synchronization.
