The elastic epoxy polyurethane wood floor paint is prepared by mixing a hydroxyl component and an NCO component in a mass ratio of 1 to (0.8-1.2), wherein the hydroxyl component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of epoxy resin, 4-20 parts of xylene, 4-20 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 0.1-0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a flatting agent and 0.1-0.5 part of drier; and the NCO component is a curing agent. The elastic epoxy polyurethane wood floor paint prepared by the method has the advantages of high strength, high elasticity, high abrasion resistance, impact resistance and good adhesion, has excellent vibration absorbing performance and self-healing performance, is capable of improving the comfortable degree, preventing slippage and reducing noise when people walks, has excellent application property and a very low limited quantity of harmful substances.
