According to the invention, the gas with high pressure is stored in the first containing cavity, and gas with secondary high pressure is stored between the first cylinder and the second cylinder. The pressure difference of the gas inside and outside the first cylinder is smaller than or equal to pressure which can be born by the first cylinder, gas support is provided for the first cylinder by utilizing the gas pressure in a cavity of the gap between the first cylinder and the second cylinder, and the pressure difference borne by the first cylinder is reduced, so that the storage pressure inside the first cylinder is enhanced.
