Abstract

The invention discloses artificial mudstone and a method for sealing and blocking oil-gas well casing tube outer cross-flow by using the artificial mudstone. The artificial mudstone is formed by film coated resin under the conditions that the temperature is 45 to 150 DEG C, the pressure is 2 to 5 MPa, and the acting time is not shorter than 1 hour; the film coated resin comprises the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 30 to 50 percent of polyvinyl alcohol water-absorbent expanding resin, 10 to 20 percent of rosin resin, 10 to 20 percent of phenolic resin, 5 to 10 percent of urea resin, 2 to 5 percent of methenamine and 10 to 30 percent of nanometer calcium carbonate. The method for sealing and blocking the oil-gas well casing tube outer cross-flow by using the artificial mudstone comprises the following steps that: (1) the nanometer calcium carbonate and carrying fluid are injected, and non-permeability sealing and blocking is formed; (2) activated water is injected; and (3) the film coated resin and the carrying fluid are injected, and the artificial mudstone is formed.
