Embodiment Construction

[0029] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings to be used in the following description, dimensions are appropriately changed in order to draw components in a recognizable size.

[0030] figure 1 is a view schematically showing the manner in which the cover carpet 10 and the base carpet 20 (example of the temperature adjustment device) of the embodiment of the present invention are used. These blankets are used to control hypothermia and especially for rewarming in the treatment of hypothermia performed in medical facilities. Blankets are used in intensive care units or general wards to prevent hypothermia or hyperthermia of patients before, during, after, or during treatment.

[0031] The base rug 20 is spread on the bed 50 , and the patient 60 or living body lies on the base rug 20 . The patient 60 is covered by a blanket 10 . Therefore, it is possible to achieve a state whe...

Abstract

A thermoregulation device which is adapted to be used for covering part of a living body, includes: a first sheet which is higher in thermal conductivity than cotton cloth; a second sheet which is higher in heat insulating and retaining properties than cotton cloth; and a gas passage which is formed between the first sheet and the second sheet. A first opening which communicates with the gas passage is formed in one of the first sheet and the second sheet. A second opening which communicates with the gas passage is formed in one of the first sheet and the second sheet. A gas which is introduced through the first opening is discharged from the second opening via the gas passage.

Description

Background technique [0001] The present invention relates to a thermoregulator for covering a part of a living body, a system for regulating the body temperature of a living body and using the thermostat therein, and a package in which the thermostat is sealed in a hermetically sealed state. [0002] In particular, in medical facilities, blankets that cover a part of a patient's body are used as such temperature control devices. There is a blanket in which a flow path through which a liquid flows is formed in a sheet for covering the body (for example, see JP-T-2005-532141 ). When the temperature of the fluid is properly controlled, heat is transferred between the fluid and the patient's body through the sheet, thereby regulating the patient's body temperature. [0003] Liquids have relatively low thermal conductivity. Therefore, a larger amount of energy is required when raising or lowering the temperature of the liquid to a preset value. Since the liquid has a large weigh...
