The polyurethane flexible tube provided by the invention comprises a tubular object which consists of a strip plate and a composite layer. The polyurethane flexible tube is characterized in that the strip plate is tubular; both sides of the strip plate is coated with a compound; the strip plate is formed by weaving warp fibers and weft fibers; the compound comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-95 parts of polyurethane, 1-5 parts of nano-clay and 5-25 parts of polyurethane prepolymer. The strength of the flexible tube prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention is promoted, so that the viscosity between the flexible tube and the strip plate is also promoted, and the polyurethane decomposition problem generated during large-diameter tube processing is also solved.
