Abstract

The invention discloses a scanning circuit and shift registers. The scanning circuit comprises a plurality of shift registers. At least one of the shift registers comprises an input circuit, an output circuit, a de-energizing circuit, a first reset circuit and a second reset circuit. The input circuit is used for providing an input voltage to a first node. The output circuit is used for providing an output voltage to an output terminal according to a first frequency signal and potential of the first node. The de-energizing circuit is used for providing a supply voltage to the output terminal according to a second frequency signal. The first reset circuit is used for providing a supply voltage to the first node according to a reset voltage of a second node. The second reset circuit is used for providing a reset voltage to the second node.
