The left clamp body and the right clamp body are combined through fastening of bolts in the threaded holes of the left clamp body and the threaded holes of the right clamp body, and the outer ring end face of the one-way bearing is fixed. The mandrel is in clearance fit with an inner hole of the one-way bearing, the mandrel is a step shaft, one end of the mandrel is provided with a boss which can fix the inner ring end face on one side of the one-way bearing, and the other end of the mandrel is connected with a gasket for fixing the inner ring end face of the other side of the one-way bearing.
