Embodiment 1

[0018] A method for extracting and purifying polysaccharides from japonicus japonicus, comprising the following steps: extracting 300 g of dried jellied japonicus japonicus with 1800 ml of ether Soxhlet for 2 hours to remove oil, and evaporating the residue to dryness. The residue after evaporating to dryness was extracted three times with 750ml boiling water, combined the boiling water extracts obtained three times, concentrated, centrifuged, and the supernatant was taken, and the supernatant was added with absolute ethanol 3 times the volume of the clear liquid for alcohol precipitation, and stood overnight (12h), again. The precipitate was washed three times with 300ml ethanol and 300ml acetone in turn, and then dissolved in distilled water, then papain with a weight of 1‰ of the precipitate was added and placed in a water bath at 50°C for 2 hours, and the protein was removed by the Sevage method. Add 8g of activated carbon and place it in a 70°C water bath to heat for 3 ho...

Embodiment 2

[0021] A method for extracting and purifying polysaccharides from japonicus japonicus comprises the following steps: extracting 300 g of dried jelly japonicus japonicus with 2000 ml of ether for 4 hours to remove oil, and evaporating the residue to dryness. The residue after evaporating to dryness was extracted with 750ml of boiling water for 3 times, and the boiling water extracts obtained three times were combined, concentrated, centrifuged, and the supernatant was taken, and anhydrous ethanol with 3 times the volume of the clear liquid was added for alcohol precipitation, and stood for 12 hours , and centrifuge again to collect the precipitate. The precipitate was washed three times with 300ml of ethanol and 300ml of acetone in turn, then dissolved in distilled water, and then papain with a weight of 2‰ of the precipitate was added, placed in a water bath at 50°C for 4 hours, and the protein was removed by Sevage method. Abstract

The invention relates to fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae polysaccharide and an extraction and purification method thereof. The method comprises the steps of extracting smashed and dried fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae by diethyl ether in a sohxlet extraction way, then volatilizing residues dry and extracting by using boiling water, concentrating and centrifuging the boiling water extracting solution, taking supernate, precipitating by using alcohol and standing; centrifuging again and collect precipitates; washing, then dissolving by using distilled water, adding 0.1-0.2% of papain, standing in 50+ / -5DEG C water bath for 2-4 hours, removing protein by a Sevage method, decoloring by using activated carbon and concentrating at reduced pressure; cooling, then dialyzing by running water, then precipitating by using alcohol again and standing; and drying the precipitate at 60-70DEG C so as to obtain crude polysaccharide. Tests prove that the fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae polysaccharide has good physical and sense moistening effects on cigarettes, can lower irritation and offensive odor of the cigarettes, improves the mellowness and comfort of the smoke of the cigarettes, and can be used as a tobacco humectant with good properties to be used in cigarettes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of humectants, and in particular relates to polysaccharides from jellied jellies, an extraction and purification method and its application as a humectant for tobacco. Background technique [0002] At present, glycerin, propylene glycol, sorbitol and other polyhydroxy substances are mainly used as humectants in the cigarette industry in my country. The main purpose of using such humectants is to maintain the moisture content of shredded tobacco during processing and improve the processing resistance of shredded tobacco. The above-mentioned humectant has unsatisfactory effects on maintaining the moisture content of finished cigarettes and improving smoking comfort. [0003] Polysaccharides are composed of a large number of monosaccharides, and a large number of hydroxyl groups form hydrogen bonds with water molecules, which can make them have strong water holding capacity. At present, there are no relevant re...
