Abstract

The present invention relates to a quality maintaining method of frozen Euphausiasuperba. The method comprises: (1) adding 1.5-2.0% of D-sorbitol, 0.01-0.04% of 4-hexylresorcinol, and 0.7-1.0% of mixed phosphate to seawater, and completely dissolving to obtain a mixed solution; (2) pouring Euphausiasuperba into the mixed solution to soak; and (3) taking out the teated Euphausiasuperba, loading into a freezing disk, freezing, placing into a cold storage, and carrying out freeze preservation.
