Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and a device for establishing a drug reaction database. The method comprises the steps of obtaining SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) data of a user gene group, wherein the SNP data comprise form information of at least one SNP locus which comprises a mark of the SNP locus, a chromosome to which the SNP locus belongs, a location of the SNP locus in the chromosome and a gene type of the SNP locus; obtaining a biological database which comprises drug reaction information corresponding to multiple SNP loca; comparing the SNP data with the biological database, and selecting the drug reaction information of the at least one SNP locus contained in the SNP data from the biological database; establishing the drug reaction database SNP of a user by using the selected acquired reaction information. According to the method, the database containing the corresponding relation between the SNP data of the user and medical information can be established.
