The electric energy transmitting terminal enables an electric energy transmitting coil to generate a high-frequency alternating magnetic field through a PWM rectifying circuit and a high-frequency inverter circuit and sends the energy to an electric energy receiving coil, arranged on the automobile, in the electric energy receiving terminal. The power battery is charged through the rectifying circuit and a step-down circuit. Meanwhile, after center position information of the electric energy transmitting coil and center position information of the electric energy receiving coil are acquired and compared, the position of the electric energy transmitting coil is adjusted and centering between the electric energy transmitting coil and the electric energy receiving coil is achieved.
