The invention discloses a fast reproduction method for energy willow tissue culture, which comprises the following steps: (A) selection of an explant; (B) disinfection of the explant: removing the leaves of the steam of the explant, placing the washed branch into a clean bench, cleaning in an ethanol solution, washing with sterile water, disinfecting with mercury chloride and flushing with sterile water; (C) primary culture; (D) enrichment culture: introducing the primary-culture stem in good growth into an enrichment culture medium; (E) rooting culture; and (F) seedling hardening and transplanting: opening a bottle cover of a rooting culture medium, culturing at room temperature, taking out the seedling, and transplanting to a vermiculite turfy soil matrix.
