The controller is set to be the one controlling the first fans to operate at first rotating speed when dehumidification conditions are met so as to enable the first section performs dehumidification on air flowing through the first section and controlling second rotating speed of the second fans so as to regulate refrigerating capacity outputted from the second section, wherein the second rotating speed is larger than the first rotating speed.
