The elastic arm is provided with a frist end and a second end which are opposite with each other, the first end is connected with the base, and the pouring weight is arranged on the second end and is used for being driven by shaking waves and moving opposite to the base. When the electric device generates shaking waves, the shaking producing mechanism arranged on the shell body is utilized to shake along with the shaking waves to eliminate vibration of the shaking waves and reduce noise.
