Problems solved by technology

However, in the actual teaching process, due to the insufficient source of corpses, it cannot fully meet the needs of teaching.
[0003] At present, the training of this kind of technology is mostly performed on models or ordinary specimens for demonstration and operation, but there are the following shortcomings: (1) The model is quite different from the actual structure of the human body, and the result of this training will increase the probability of medical accidents at work (2) The specimens are the closest to the human body structure, and the training effect is also ideal, but common specimens are poisonous and harmful, inconvenient to store, and the source is decreasing; (3) Many puncture point locations It is deep and the surrounding structure is complex. In practical operation, there is no clear criterion for judging whether the puncture is in place, which greatly reduces the practical effect and makes it difficult to improve the teaching quality.

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The preparation method of the puncture specimen and the puncture method of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0026] The preparation method of the puncture specimen of the present invention and the embodiment of the puncture method for the trigeminal ganglion 1, see figure 1 , made with:

[0027] 1. According to the purpose of puncture training, design and manufacture the puncture specimen of trigeminal ganglion 1, and then plasticize the prepared specimen;

[0028] 2. Perform pre-treatment on the plasticized specimens: if it is a substantive specimen, embed the electrode and connect the wire at the puncture site; if it is a lacunar puncture specimen, perform perfusion and sealing of conductive liquid;

[0029] 3. Conduct anti-corrosion and insulation treatment on the connecting wires and light sources in the specimen, and spray methyl methacrylate or butyl methacrylate on the surface.

Abstract

The invention provides a fabrication method and a puncture method of a puncture specimen for teaching or clinical training. The fabrication method comprises the steps of fabricating the puncture specimen, performing plastification treatment on the specimen, performing electrode embedding and wire connection on the specimen or filling and sealing conducting liquid, and finally performing antiseptic insulation treatment on connecting wires and light sources in the specimen. The puncture method comprises the steps that one end of one wire is connected with an anode of a power supply; the other end of the wire is communicated with an electrode or the conducting liquid of a puncture site; a cathode of the power supply is connected with another wire; an indication lamp and a sounding device is connected in series onto the wire; a puncture needle is connected with the tail end of the wire; when the puncture needle is punctured to the puncture site accurately, a circuit is made; the indication lamp is lightened; and the sounding device makes a sound. According to the fabrication method and the puncture method, sound, light and electricity technologies are used to achieve fabrication of the puncture specimen in the medical teaching and a method for judging whether the puncture is successful, and the fabrication method and the puncture method have a good popularization value in the medical puncture technical education field.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a puncture training specimen for teaching, in particular to a method for making a puncture specimen for teaching or clinical training and a puncture method. Background technique [0002] In medical teaching or clinical training, some practical diagnosis and treatment techniques require simulation demonstration and operation training. Corpses are often used for demonstration and operation training. They are plasticized specimens processed by bioplasticization technology. Bioplasticization technology is currently the most advanced technology for preserving biological specimens in the world. Plasticized specimens are non-toxic and harmless and suitable for long-term storage. And repeated use, the technology is now mature, and can avoid the shortcomings of the traditional use of formalin to fix the body. However, in the actual teaching process, due to the insufficient source of corpses, it cannot fully meet the teaching needs. ...
