The invention relates to an application of benzoquinone compounds in improving antioxidase expression of mammals to suppress pathology phenomens related to inflammations, and a medical composition and a supplement which are prepared by the benzoquinone compounds. The benzoquinone compounds comprise a structure shown as a compound (I). In the compound (I), R1 represents a hydrogen group or [(C4H4)CH3]n; n is an integer ranging from 1 to 5; and R2 represents a hydrogen group or a methoxy group.
