The concentration of the harmful gas is tested, and the three-way flow divider valve is controlled according to a test result; when the concentration is in accordance with an environmental protection emission standard, the harmful gas can be directly emitted; when the concentration exceeds the standard, the harmful gas enters the oxidation tank through a pipeline for re-purification; the whole system can be used for effectively treating various harmful substances such as dust, sulfide and nitrogen oxide contained in the waste gas and peculiar smell in the waste gas; the emitted gas no longer pollutes the environment.
