Problems solved by technology

Since the temperature of the discharged steam is relatively high, generally 90-110°C, and the relative pressure is between 450-500Pa, it is easy to form mist and water droplets after the steam is in contact with the atmosphere at ambient room temperature. It is large, and it deteriorates the environment in the operation room, and also produces cross-mixing of odors. At the same time, because the steam box cannot recycle steam and waste heat, it causes a lot of energy waste

Embodiment Construction

[0029] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments, which are explanations of the present invention rather than limitations.

[0030] A steam waste heat utilization process of the present invention comprises the following steps,

[0031] 1) Steam heat recovery step: import the steam discharged from the steam box 1 into the hot water storage tank 4, and perform a heat exchange with the hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 4, and complete the steam recovery after the hot water storage is heated. Recovery and storage of medium heat; in this preferred example, immersion heat exchange in which steam and normal temperature water are in direct contact is used in the primary heat exchange.

[0032] 2) The transfer step of stored heat: use the heat exchanger 5 in the hot water storage tank 4 to perform secondary heat exchange between the stored hot water and the circulating water in the heat exchanger 5, and the den...

Abstract

The invention provides a process and a system for using waste heat of steam of a steam box. The waste heat of the steam of the steam box can be efficiently recycled, crossed gas mixing is avoided, the environment of an operation room is purified, and the energy utilization rate is increased. The process comprises the following steps of (1) recycling the heat of the steam; (2) transferring the stored heat; and (3) using the transferred heat. The system comprises the steam box, a heat storage water tank, a circulating water tank, a domestic hot water terminal, a connecting pipeline and a valve, wherein a steam outlet of the steam box is connected with a steam inlet of the heat storage water tank; a heat exchanger is arranged in the heat storage water tank; an outlet and an inlet of the heat exchanger are respectively connected with a high-temperature circulating water inlet formed in the upper portion of the circulating water tank and a low-temperature circulating water outlet formed in the bottom of the circulating water tank correspondingly; and the high-temperature circulating water outlet formed in the upper portion of the circulating water tank is connected with the domestic hot water terminal. The grade of the heat is increased by primary heat exchange, the heat is transferred by secondary heat exchange, and finally the heat is used at the domestic hot water terminal.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of heat energy utilization in kitchens, and in particular relates to an integrated process and system for recovering and utilizing waste heat from atmospheric-pressure high-temperature steam discharged from a steamer during operation, specifically a process and system for utilizing steam waste heat in a steamer. Background technique [0002] The steamer is a common cooking utensil or equipment, which can use gas or electricity as the driving energy. At present, the energy-saving utilization research and process design of the steamer generally focus on the utilization of high-temperature steam inside the box and the recovery and utilization of high-temperature flue gas discharged from the outside. The energy-saving utilization of steam discharged from the steamer during operation is a research and technical blank. In the prior art, the steam box is continuously heated by the heating device, and the high-temperature ste...
